mini stamp tutorial
short method
- pick a background image, gif, or pattern to use!
- find a stamp template or border on a site like deviantart! here's a big folder of em!
- resize the image to fit into the stamp border's inner boundaries. i like to use the ezgif image cropper and image resizer for this
- go to free online image editor
- upload your cropped/resized background image
- add any text or decorations here along with your image border!
- save the image and upload it to a file host like imgur!
long method if the online image editor doesn't work for you
- follow steps 1-3 of the short tutorial
- for a still image stamp, upload the resized image into an art program that supports transparency
- add any decorations or text at this step, then add the border and save/upload the image!
- if you're making an animated stamp, use the ezgif gif splitter to get each frame of your base gif individually! save each frame to a new folder
- open the stamp border and the split frames in your art program, and copy/paste each frame to the canvas with the stamp border! make sure to rearrange layers so the border goes over the frames, and save the new frames in numerical order
- once you're done with all of that, it's back to ezgif! just upload the frames to the gif maker, and it'll make a gif! feel free to edit the frame delay until you get it to look how you want
- save the image and upload it to a file host like imgur!
